One schedule
Move from obligation to context without changing tools
Tracked Trellvia tasks form the permanent native layer of the calendar. Tasks with a schedule appear at that time; tasks with only a due date appear as all-day deadlines. Selecting one opens the same canonical task you would see in its note or task list.

External events remain provider-owned and read-only unless you intentionally grant write access to a selected calendar. Trellvia keeps calendar authorization separate, shows synchronization health, and lets you hide individual calendars or disconnect the provider.

Intentional placement
Put a task on a writable calendar only when you choose
Creating a task never places an event automatically. When you choose Add to calendar, Trellvia asks for the target and any additional provider permission that is required. Stable mapping keeps later changes coordinated without guessing based on titles.
