Clear ownership
A team account is not a shared drive by default
Every user remains a distinct owner inside an account. Administrators manage membership and policy, but that role alone does not grant access to another member's private work. When someone shares a folder, inheritance is visible and the content owner remains clear.

Focused collaboration
Give people enough access to contribute—and no more
View access keeps a document readable. Edit access allows current collaborators to change the document and its embedded tasks through the same version-aware update path used by the owner. Revocation or a permission downgrade takes effect on the next server request.

Account control
Invite, review, suspend, and recover with an audit trail
Owners and administrators can manage invitations and members without changing content ownership. Sessions can be reviewed and revoked. Team authentication can be restricted to verified Google Workspace domains after its readiness controls are satisfied.

Can a team administrator read every private note?
No. Administrative status does not automatically grant access to another member's private scratchpad, documents, folders, or standalone tasks.
Can I share a document with someone who does not use Trellvia?
Yes. Owners can create revocable public View or Edit links, with account policies controlling whether links are allowed and how long they may remain active.
What happens when access is revoked?
Trellvia rechecks access on server requests. Revoked collaborators lose the online projection immediately, and shared content is not copied into their private offline workspace.
